LSU Library: Cartographic Information Center: Collection Development Policy

The purpose of collection development efforts is to build and maintain a collection in keeping with the missions of the CIC and the Department of Geography and Anthropology. The CIC collects maps, aerial photographs, globes, journals, monographs, hand-held photography, slides, and atlases.

To Access the Cartographic Information Center Collection Development Policy:

1. Navigate to the Cartographic Information Center website.

2. From the Policies drop-down menu, select Collection Development Policy. 

3. The Collection Development Policy will be displayed on the next window that appears.
