General Information
This information is for the LSU Office Phones for the Baton Rouge Campus, are supported by two Avaya S8800 Media Servers.
Eligibility & Order Procedures
Available To: LSU Faculty & Staff with an LSU Office Phone.
Request Service: Submit a UNI Work Order Request. (View instructions on filling out the UNI form.)
Authorization: Have a University Budget Code & Use Work Order Type: NIVC - Voice.
Delivery Time: Within 2 Weeks.

Teams Telephony (New PBX Project)
Teams Telephony is a new voice offering that is being rolled out to the LSU campus. It offers digital voice services fully through Microsoft Teams, with many options for call devices such as headsets, traditional handsets, allows voicemail transcription via email, and more.
